$10/Day OR $50/Week - Fee begins on the 8th business day after the first phone call for pick up. Meat will be boxed - $6/box fee.

BEEF

  • Kill: $110/Head (-1,000lbs carcass weight)

  • Processing: $1.25/lb on the carcass weight. (Co-Packer Label Only)

UPCHARGES FOR BEEF

  • Kill: $135/Head (+1,000lbs carcass weight)

  • Ground Beef Patties $1.50/lb (Minimum 50lbs)

HOG

  • Kill: $95/Head (regular carcass)

  • Processing: $1.25/lb on the carcass weight (Co-Packer Label Only)

UPCHARGES FOR HOG

  • Kill: $100/Head (large carcass)

  • $20 for each Bacon and Ham, $10 for each Fresh Side (Sliced), $1.25/lb Green Chile X Sausage, $1.75/lb Green Chile XX Sausage, $2/lb Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.50/lb Green Chile Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2/lb High Country Links (Minimum 25lbs), and $2.50/lb Green Chile Links (Minimum 25lbs).

TYPES OF SAUSAGE & LINKS

  • Hot, High Country, Italian, Hot Italian, Green Chile X Sausage, Green Chile XX Sausage, and Chorizo.

  • (25# MINIMUM FOR ALL LINKED PRODUCT) Green Chile Bratwurst, Blue Ribbon Bratwurst, Polish, Spicy Polish, Inferno Hot Bratwurst, Mango Habanero Bratwurst, Italian Links, Hot Italian Links, High Country Links (Breakfast Style), Green Chile X Links (Breakfast Style), and Green Chile XX Links (Breakfast Style).

LAMB/GOAT

  • Kill and processing: $135/Head (Co-Packer Label Only)

BOXING AND/OR STORAGE FEE        

  • $6.00/Box (Upon request for meat to be boxed)

    We will no longer be providing sacks due to our transition from paper wrapping to vacuum packaging. You are more than welcome to bring your own boxes or coolers.
