  • Kill (Large Carcass- If beef hook is needed) $103.50/head.

  • $20.70 for each Bacon and Ham, $10.35 for each Fresh Side (Sliced), $0.77/lb for sausage with seasoning only, $1.29/lb Green Chile X Sausage, $1.81/lb Green Chile XX Sausage, $2.07/lb Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.58/lb Green Chile Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.07/lb High Country Links, and $2.58/lb Green Chile Links.
